75% of creative professionals—and 78% of nonwhite creative professionals—say they didn’t know their current careers existed when they graduated high school. our brief was to help the creative ladder address this awareness gap by educating students about the many creative career options that exist and encourage them to find their calling. we wanted to take a big moment in pop culture to spotlight the talent behind the talent — rihanna at the super bowl felt like the perfect fit.
